Our home

The INTERVALLE is not a hotel, but a house for the parents of hospitalized children. We have 20 fully furnished rooms are available for them.

Located in the former farm of Béthusy, the Intervalle home is situated at a 5 minutes walking distance from the CHUV and 20 minutes by public transport (Bus 6) of the Jules Gonin Ophthalmic Hospital. It offers accommodation for families whose child is hospitalized or undergoing treatment in one of the Lausanne hospitals. Allowing parents to stay close to the hospital helps to maintain an emotional balance that is needed to assure the quality of the child’s medical treatment.

Families staying at Intervalle have the opportunity to prepare their own meals in the fully equipped community kitchen. Each family is able to use an individual refrigerator and a non-refrigerated drawer to store their food.

INTERVALLE also offers residents washing machines and dryers free of charge. Bath and toilet towels as well as blankets and bedsheets are also provided.

Free WIFI is available in the entire house.
